At Connections Melissa, a registered nurse, provides sandtray therapy with a special interest working with children that has experiences medical trauma. Sandtray Therapy is a powerful therapeutic approach that helps individuals express themselves, process experiences, and explore their inner world. Often non-verbal, this method alleviates the pressure of finding words, making it accessible and effective for individuals aged 3 and up.
