Melanie is a registered Family and Play Therapist with over 22 years of experience supporting individuals and families. She works with children, teens, adults, and families, offering guidance through a wide range of challenges, including:
- Life transitions such as starting or growing a family, raising young children, and navigating the teenage years.
- Family changes, including separation and blended families.
- Relationship challenges, including parent-child dynamics, family, and couple relationships.
- Parenting support through psychoeducation and programs like Circle of Security, Tuning into Teens, attachment building, and Filial Play Therapy parent training. etc.
Stephanie Plahn completed her Bachelors and Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology in the United States in 2007. She has worked across diverse areas of practice including community based and government mental health services, private and hospital sectors. Stephanie specialises in working with ADHD and comorbidities after recognising a need for more inclusive and affirming support for ADHD. Her mission is to improve treatment outcomes and societal perceptions of this commonly misunderstood learning disability. As someone who personally understands the challenges ADHD presents, she has an invested interest and knowledge that is undeniable in her personable and dynamic approach.
Melissa is a Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) and Credentialled Diabetes Educator (CDE).
Working for the past 15 years in Hospital, Community based, FIFO and Remote Area roles in the
Northern Territory, Victoria, Queensland, and New South Wales.

Sharon is an experienced Registered Nurse and Clinical Psychologist, with a background in community-based Community Nursing, Residential Aged Care and Clinical Psychology in various settings. Sharon currently works in Private Practice as a Clinical Psychologist working with adolescents, adults, older adults, and their carers who are experiencing distress related to anxiety, depression, neurodiversity, adverse life circumstances, life adjustments and transitions. She has a special interest in the role of sleep and activity in Mental Health and is certified by the Australian Sleep Association in CBT for Insomnia. As well as working in private practice, Sharon has worked at Griffith University as the Project Manager for a team investigating the behavioural treatment of chronic migraine and headache. She has also worked with Carers Qld in conjunction with other Allied health professionals to support carers to improve their emotional and physical health and wellbeing.
